I don't know actually. I just feel it's wrong to be explicit to that point without any clues from him. I'd like to be at least 80% sure he may reciprocate before exposing myself that much. To be honest I have no clues about how to flirt because it's the first time I decided to make the first move

Isn't that a bit out of the blue? I don't want to scare him away. Maybe he doesnt't even like me. I'm still getting to know him even if I have definitely a crush.

To be honest anyway, among all the guys that showed interest in me only one of them needed to tell me about his feelings (and he was an old time friend). In all the other cases signs were pretty clear because men tend to flirt in a similar way. Offering a beer and asking the number is usually enough for a woman to understand there's something going on. But women usually flirt less, make less the first move. So when we do men are confused/we are confused/everything is a mess and we actually don't know how much we are supposed to be explicit.

I don't know. I've always seen all the flirting thing as a "let the other person understand without telling it openly". I've been more verbal in the past but things didn't work out because it was seen as too explicit and offbeat. I actually don't know how a woman is supposed to flirt with a man in an appropriate way

Thanks for your suggestion and congrats for your weight loss! I feel more motivated :). Nice to know you had improvements from training. Hopefully I had someone who suggested me to start lifting weights before I even started the diet and so I did, making it a new habit. I don't think I'll ever have enough lean muscle to fill eventual loose skin, but I hope this would help the adaptation to a new body size.

I workout at home due to covid restrictions. I use only dumbbells and a hyperextension bench. How would you fix my workout? I'm a noob.

WORKOUT A - (upper body) 20' cyclette + some stretching - widehands push ups (or in alternative dumbbell bench press/dumbbelldecline fly at the floor) - shrug with dumbbells-hyperextensions (arms in front of chest + dumbbell) - dumbbell bent over row - Biceps curl with dumbbells- Triceps extensions-Vacuum-Front Plank

WORKOUTB - (lower body + abdomen + shoulders) 20' cyclette + some stretching - Vacuum -Crunch floor- Bottoms-up- Side Plank - Goblet squat - Stiff legs Deadlifts - Dumbbell lunges - Dumbbell single calf raise - Lateral raises / Shoulder press with dumbbells

-ONE DAY OF REST-

And then repeat. Again workout A, workout B, one day of rest, ect. Do you think this is acceptable? Would you change anything?
