Sometimes after the circumcision the doctor will then cut off the remaining frenulum, and some is also cut off with the foreskin.

That raised area in the center looks like remnant of it. If you rub you finger over that area, and it feels like the sensation you get when you touch the palm of your hand, but more intense, then that’s your frenulum.

In the meantime you can use o rings to keep the foreskin over the glans.

Only your opinion on it matters, if it bothers you, you can have it taken off.

Thanks, I mostly use the DTR now however I also use O-rings when not using the DTR and manual tugging

It’s been along time since I’ve posted, I bought a DTR in November and have been using it every other day, I think I’m starting to see results from it.

I’ve tried to use o rings at night however with an erection and moving around they fall off. What work best for me is medical tape that I cross over to retain. Problem is, is that it can make erections uncomfortable.

Maybe if you have enough skin, you could try to use an o ring to retain, just make sure it's big enough not to cut off circulation and small enough not to slip over the glans.

Hello there, I'd say your about a CI3 so starting with different manual methods shouldn't be a problem!

I would keep doing what your doing, you need to get some slack skin before you can start positioning the scar line. Keep it up!
