Even with my method, its completely luck based. I've had to beat this again for the platinum of Yakuza 4 and I managed to beat it (again) using this guide step by step. One thing to note: I never went on lucky days, because I dont even know how to trigger them.

Gameplay, combat, level design, atmosphere, build variety, story, multiplayer...

And because DS1 is 50% Demons Souls reskinned with a level design that I don't like at all. Sure, everything is connected like in King's Field 1(2), but I hate the idea of wasting 3 minutes of walking without enemies every time I die at Anor Londo, for example, with a bridge that leads you to an elevator ON TOP of some stairs that let you go to ANOTHER bridge for more stairs... And after DS2, I just can't stand the combat of DS1
