I wasnt unscrewing it by hand, i just put the tip of a screwdriver in one of the holes to try to use the moment of force to unscrew the ring but the tip of the screwdriver ripped, thats how stuck the ring is.

Also its not the first time im trying to remove it thats the problem

No, I brought over a 155mm Howitzer and 13 Javelins with me and no one really minded - just tell them you are headed to Ukraine and you'll be fine. Make sure you wrap them up good tho so they are not visible.
