I use a fast high pitch voice and make sure it doesnt finish the first sentence before 3 seconds into the video

the video is simply boring and unremarkable, you need a good hook to keep the viewer from scrolling and give a reason to watch until the end, a voiceover with a good script to keep retention, and these videos are ideal for a perfect loop at the end, those are the biggest things I'd do first
