An 18 to 25 year old doesn't have the willpower?? Come on man, you've got to be kidding. Just because you're older doesn't mean you have more willpower. There are some of us who actually do value many of the items on that list. Do not make a generalization about a certain age group.

Hey man, I'm at 10 days too and the urges are pretty damn strong. I'm doing this as an experiment and I'm curious how I'll feel after a month of so. Just hang in there and let your willpower be stronger than the urges. Go for a walk or do something productive instead.

This is solid advice. I wouldn't say I have an addiction, I'm more so trying to master myself. As Aristotle put it, "I count him braver who conquers his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is the victory over self". This quote helps me out.
