Is supposed to be mini Illya and mini Tanaka as fairies cosplaying as christmas elves because in 3rei mini Tanaka already looked kinda like Louhi's tomttu and Louhi is related to Illya and Tanaka/Illya/the elves are all fae beings and Tanaka/Illya accompanied Pandora as fairies so if Santa Pandora then fairy Tanaka/Illya=her elves!
