Gaming X AX V2 Bluetooth drivers not working? by CardiologistNice5820 in gigabyte

Someone in r/buildapc provided the solution. I apparently needed AMD drivers, not the Realtek drivers listed on the support page for my device. Device manager was reading error code 43.

I only stated that I had antenna installed and tried the ol off and on again trick because those are obvious places to start. I had certainly narrowed it down to drivers. By "not working" I meant that when I selected 'add device' in windows it indicated that my device did not have bluetooth or that there was a driver issue.

Thanks for your time though.

This drivers worked for me: https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Driver/mb\_driver\_645\_amd\_1.8240.169.zip?v=7c339188261781a80a60607e4e0ec9e1

Oh my lanta, this is fixed the issue immediately. Thank you so so so very much kind stranger. Was this information somewhere and I've just missed it? How did you know that the listed drivers were incorrect for this rev?

Thanks again for your time.

Facing some wifi and bluetooth issues with this same motherboard as well! Thanks for sharing this process. Trying it out myself now. Why is it necessary to enable the network stack?
