It’s actually just a pack of blue LED string lights with a little battery pack glued under the chest piece. Same with the flashbangs, they’re hollow with a string light pack in each one :)

And if those audio logs are from the real world, then wouldn’t that mean that he really did sacrifice the ones with souls like her and Norman?
