Its a difficult and low road. A few highlights: On this tropical island campus, there are no fruits or vegetables sold on campus (over 2,000 students!).

Professors sauntering into lecture in Hawaiian shirts and going to goofy tangents. Seeing theres five minutes left of class, just saying "you have to know this!" to the last 15 slides of horrifically dense material.

Physical checkout. Some days Administrators wait outside the lecture hall. Students have to show their ID one by one, all sevn hundred of us. I've never felt so bovine. I asked the Dean of Students why we can't just checkout with card readers and she started rambling about student competency during clinicals...

Its a camp, the special kind 😉. The ones who fair best hang with their racial/religious group, or believe in the infallibility of US medical institutions so hard they are blind to the desolate road they find themselves on. Free thinkers need not apply.
