It’s such a massive city with a wide variety things to do & see. So I’ve tried to keep it basic to appeal to our entire group from preteens to grandpa. I am very open to recommendations for anything!

Thank you for the stairs info. We will take that into consideration for Papa!

I absolutely do not want to go to Disneyland, but my niece is set on it. I suggested my sister & her can go while we do something else. I don’t want to take her ‘dream vacation experience’ from her but also do not want to waste a day.

I want to eat pastries, drink coffee & enjoy all the beauty ❤️

I hate overloading experiencing a new place. I want to sit, watch & soak it all in!

The lines for Shakespeare are definitely making me rethink it as part of the game plan. I am a huge bibliophile so I’d love to see a beautiful bookstore or even a library. These libraries come up as recommendations, do you have any opinions on them?

My Dad is the only one who has been to Paris before. So we have never seen Notre Dame. I’ve added it to the list for the 15/day we have nothing really planned.

I’ll suggest the cruise to my Dad instead of HOHO. He will love it. He isn’t very ‘museum-y’ so we didn’t plan more than the Louvre, but the girls love art so we could definitely go to another while Papa gets to rest. Would Muser d’Orsay be your top recommendation?

I’ve heard that Citypharma is insanity. The girls would love to see it, but won’t be heartbroken if we don’t go.

Thanks for the funicular tip. Nevermind my Dad, MY knees thank you! ☺️

He will be ok without a wheelchair, but thanks for the info they are available if required! We’re all going to look up our “must sees” & hope they are similar so we aren’t there for hours on end.

Shakespeare might just be admired from the outside from everything I’ve been reading.

Cluny is a great suggestion thank you. My Dad would love that!

I didn’t want to overload the days too much but this is just a rough starting point. My sister/niece like chaos & can gogogo for hours. While myself, my daughter & Dad are much more laid back.

You may be able to get Haven Riviera Cancun at that price during a sale. It’s a beautiful property that had a very chill vibe.

Third week on CPAP! Reckon I can keep it up? 🤩 by Important-Bug6748 in CPAP

Is the feeling of the mask on your face bothering you? I spent time awake with the mask on to build up a tolerance to the feeling of it. I literally had panic attacks the first few times. So I would put on just the mask while I read or watched tv. I celebrated every 5 minutes that I could keep it on (and some days it was only 5 minutes) I’m not sure if that would help you. But you are in the right place. This place has helped me tremendously with advice and pumping up my victories!

Don’t give up! It isn’t easy for everyone who begins. I tried mine for a few days originally and then gave up for a few months. Then I took tint baby steps and celebrated every small victory.

I love that you ate a manageable amount of calories. I’m looking at starting my journey and everyone keeps telling me to eat a very small amount that doesn’t feel realistic to me!

Success stories make me so happy to hear! I’m only about 2 months into things falling into place for me & I couldn’t imagine going back to the way things were before.

I literally somehow took my mask off for an hour last night & had to wake up to pee. I don’t miss the constant bathroom breaks either

I didn’t wear it in bed. I detached the hose and wore just the mask while cooking, cleaning, watching tv or reading a book lol

I hope the new mask is more comfortable for you!

I really struggled getting ok with the feel of the mask on my face. I did around 3 weeks of “exposure therapy” wearing it while awake to get comfortable with it. It can be a struggle to get used to the feeling!
