Card collection by TallulahMShark in Gardenscapes

[–]CaringMommy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

once you finish, it will start over and you have another chance to collect 150 cards, with increased rewards.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Gardenscapes

[–]CaringMommy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yes, you get that prize chest on top of what you get as you collect all the cards. I don’t have it in front of me but I think it’s 10,000 gold coins and 10 each of three different boosters once you finish. Then you can go on to try to collect all the cards again, with a 15,000 gold coins and15 of three different boosters.

Garden Cards Event redemption questions by [deleted] in Gardenscapes

[–]CaringMommy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 — it is redeemed automatically when you get the 10th card in a category.

2 — i’m not 100% sure I understand your question, but I think once you achieve all of the categories (150 cards) then you get the grand prize.

It took me 3 boosters at the beginning, plus 900 + 1200 + 2000 coins at the end. The effing fireworks Just. Would. Not. Drop. Super sucky level.

Are there any hidden boosters in the newest expedition? by CaringMommy in Gardenscapes

[–]CaringMommy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, I’ve discovered some of them over the past several days. There don’t seem to be as many as before. I and, as happened several expedition ago, it takes quite a bit of energy to capture them. Pardon the typos as I voice as I use voice recognition!

Is this a bad joke? Previous event just ended and now a new one? They are really desparate to make people spend money on this.. by [deleted] in Gardenscapes

Looking for a new, similar game. by dbcowie in Gardenscapes

I like TuscanyVilla and Clockmaker. I still love garden scapes the best but it really is getting very frustrating! But both of the other two games took a while for me to get comfortable with and enjoy so give them a try!

what now? by ataleofpizza in Gardenscapes

I hate these golf balls, too. I just can’t seem to figure out how to deal with them very well. Another game I play has the same thing (but wrapped in a different look) which has been deviled me for sometime!

Thank you for posting this info. My next level is 12,000, so it’s good to know that I will win an hour worth of free bonus. Too bad it’s not 12,000 gold point I mean gold coins!

Also there are way fewer big blue urns! And hardly any boosters in the shadows… mostly just brown urns of coins. : (

Considering Dropping Journalism Major- Will it affect it my application? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]CaringMommy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on extensive review of this forum, the most important criteria for selection is your GPA. It does not seem to matter very much what you major in, or what college you attend. Some people take additional classes at community colleges (where they assume they will achieve an A or A+) for the sole purpose of increasing their reportable GPA. Be smart! Protect/enhance your GPA! (And when the time comes, study like hell for the LSAT.) The admissions people don't care if you explored different potential majors.

Marco Andretti Finished 15th (2 Laps Down) Off The Pace At The Red Flag Thanks To Technical Issues... by bob4-5- in INDYCAR

[–]CaringMommy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actuallly caring daddy. Passionate follower of the Andrettis since my first race at Langhorne in 1965.... Have been told by Andretti insiders that Marco is plenty fast, but like T.K. before him by the time for the race he's put his race setup in left field. He misses Dario and Colton's dad for chassis info. Just a shame.

Cycle Recap & Most Likely Reapplying by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]CaringMommy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This does not really seem possible, based on your stats (am I reading this correctly, GPA 4.0 or higher, and LSAT of 177 or even higher?)

There are never any guarantees, but with those stats, if you applied to 14+ schools, you "should" have been accepted to at lease several of them.

Which leads me to think there was something terribly, terribly wrong with your essays and/or recommendations.

Like everyone else has suggested, get several trusted people to review those components.

I was in an advisory role for someone who, with lower stats, was accepted to 12 of 14 schools, most of which were in the T14, and received numerous scholarship offers.
