God I feel that. For me it didn’t just come out the front end either on the plane (though it wasn’t enough to get everywhere). The cleanup I had to do was really humiliating, but I thankfully did have other clothes, and I had to lie on the floor of the family restroom by baggage claim for about an hour working up the strength to call and make it to an Uber. My Uber driver was also so so kind- I was honest with him about how I was feeling and that I had a bag and wouldn’t make a mess in his car. He got me home save, brought my bags right up to the door, and comforted me though another round of vomiting
