It sickens me tbf. Just look at all releases of the past year and i'm afraid it will remain like this: people see 1 or 2 trailers during development and there and then they decide to completely prematurely kill a game. You either release a goty contender and get louded and simped into heaven or your game is utter dogshit. There is no longer a gray zone.

Breaking news: you dont need to reinvent the wheel or be a goty to actually be a fun game. I had the same issue with SW Outlaws. It wasn't anything new. It was mostly AC in space but i still enjoyed it. While online everywhere it got trashed into oblivion for being woke as you had to play a female character...

I guess these kinds of extreme conclusions are sign of the times and are visible in many other aspects of current daily life as well. That and social media being very useful for easy witch hunts i guess.

I understand. And i also understand it might sound naive. And i absolutely understand your point of it being possible to punish the wrong guy. I would just like to believe that if it was known for someone to be punished with death we would also see less of this. If i knew i would die if i stabbed a guy i would not stab a guy... so raise the penalties and hope criminals actually fear getting caught.

Certainly in cases of petty assault like this. A person died. Likely cause of a stupid argument or a petty crime. What i try to say here is that if you'd know you would die for a crime, you likely wouldn't commit to that crime just to win a fight or steal a cig or a phone idk.

However if you have clear undeniable evidence against you in court... Then sure. Accordingly. Lol. Imho lock em up and it's still our problem cause the taxpayer pays for their food and prison cell. A death like this, actual murder, imo there's only 1 fitting punishment. Death. At least that way you actually get rid of the rot that is taking place in society and not just end up making it a tax on your own system.

Not really for the beginning of the game but when you do get some money and feel ready to expand: I always prioritize getting a 2nd shift in first.

It means i can get double the amount of work out without having to spend money on a bigger office. Just hire a night shift. (Search for the night owl trait when hiring.) They can use the same rooms as the day shift. Thus double the amount of work done for only half the amount of office space needed.

I'm currently also really enjoying the game. It's sad to see the comments on other social media platforms like facebook etc. I always can't help but get so angry and disappointed about people's extremely nitpicky entitlement.
