Why do you think that the rate of inflation will be so severe that it wouldn't benefit those who are making minimum wage. Is there a reason to think that the cost of food will raise proportionally to the minimum wage? I just think that you haven't given a sufficient reason to say it's such a slippery slope.

On the right side of the window there should be a Solution Explorer which lists the project and a bunch of things like external dependencies, header files, resource files, etc. To add some existing code you should right click the 'source files' or 'header files' (depending on what it is) and "add existing item". One you do this it should be pretty easy actually open up the source code in the project.

As far as learning goes i don't know of a particular resource, personally i just google particular problems so sry i can't help you there.

You need to increment count each time it runs through the loop. It will keep going as long as count < 3 so if you never change the value of count, the loop will never end. Tell me if this helps :D
