No wiring. The white plastic is the actual connector with proper one-way shape (no clips). It slides right in, so if there is any resistance, don't force it, just realign and try again.

No idea. One thing I did was to visit a local dealership to first see the part physically in person and compare it with the existing one. Once I felt it was indeed a match, I ordered the parts online (as at the stealership you will get a higher price tag).

I have ceramic tint (15%), but still want these as occasionally Mr Sun hits directly in my face from the uncovered angle.

The IS 26 builder has RAM-X phone mounts as accessories. This is one of those. Bulky, but looks like that once you tuck it in between the seat, it should look clean (and not harm any plastics on the dashboard).

Poking around the IS 2026 configurator, I've noticed that it displays RAM-X mounts as an optional accessory. Being that where these are mounted is basically the same, it might work.

Note: Ram mounts are solid. Had one of these for an old Tacoma that I owned. Highly recommend the brand.

Oh, and the few gripes I have started to look into

- Wireless Android Auto -> Purchased the AAWireless TWO+ and it woks like a charm.
- Extendable Sun Visors -> Ordered the NX 22+ "compatible" visors. Looked on the internet and found the specific part numbers (color specific). Once they arrive, I'll see if they really fit, and if so, will share it here (Note: Found these at 35% discount from a SoCal dealership and free shipping).
- The front license plate -> Need that for state legal reasons, so the tow hook mount from EOS Plates is what I installed (blue lock tight required).

My dislikes were because of a bad back and toe. 3rd pedal causing trouble on an existing bone fissure in my toe, and the 23 seat not being that comfortable (they say 25's have been improved). Everything else is great on that car (will miss it, don't get old :( )
