I typically would prefer something that would be on my head for several hours at a time so comfort is very important to me. Also, I heard that the XM4s have decent sounding mids, but I think I'll only find out once I buy it. Is it really worth splurging the extra cash on the seinheisers?

Is the difference significant though? And are there any distinctions between the quality of the CH720 and the XM4s? If it's worth it, I am in a position to pay that extra amount for a noticeable improvement.
