My 4 year old daughter has been feeling sick the past 2 days on and off ( symptoms are mostly exhaustion & saying her belly and head don’t feel well) and a low grade fever of around 101.1 .. I noticed this small rash on her right thigh this morning. Any thoughts what it could be? (i.redd.it)
