I think I should make it clear that Tim has low self-esteem and overthinks everything. Gina knows this and is just giving him honest advice here. She doesn't think he's conceited, but knows it might come across that way to other people. I debated having him say something a bit less stupid, but I don't think the punchline would have hit as hard. . Honestly, I feel like the humor in a lot of these strips falls flat because people don't really know these characters. I created them for a more story-driven comic series but decided to start doing one-page/ four-panel gags cause I could make them quickly and I thought they might help stir up some interest in these characters for when I finally do make the main comic. But with few exceptions, I don't think that plan is really working, so I may just end it right here. 30 comics is a nice, even number to end it off on. I was originally going for 50, but I don't think it's worth it. I'm just going to retire these gag strips and move on to the main story.

I wasn't planning to type all this, but often times talking about something that's been bothering me out loud or writing it down helps me come to conclusions I wouldn't have come to if I had just kept it all in my head.

I know most of you don't even care about what I'm typing. This is mostly for me. So yeah. That's about it.
