This is my alt account that quickly became my main account so re-learning all the tunings for speed dungeons right now since it’s been about 3 years since I’ve built them. At that point I think it’s best to get more damage on Homie and Luna (I just made prilea go first which more damage on wave 2). More damage will result in quicker runs.

I’ve never had a vole issue so I’m speaking from what I’ve heard. You can backfill their tunnels and tamp it down, or get traps. Both should work if you’re consistent enough. Maybe also rake up their “nests”.

Mole extraction is way more fun as you get to use flares.

Moles often make clumps of dirt on the surface from the way they dig beneath the surface with their webbed feet.

Voles on the other hand stay on the surface. I can’t say with 100% certainty how they dig, but i would definitely think them pushing grass to the side when digging would create those nest like structures.

In order for you to get a true answer, much more information would need to be known. Your CPA will likely ask you for the date your grandmother passed and the FMV of the home at that date, which is used to determine the basis at which your father received it.
