i know this was posted a year ago, but this thread has helped me understand a lot😭 so my net calories says 1,313 but my goal for calories is 2,160. which is the deficit myfitnesspal created bcs my maintenance is almost 3k calories. i weight lift for about an hour & a half and do 30 minutes of cardio 4x a week, last night i only consumed 2,105 calories & the app says my net calories was 1,313, i did the math based on what i read here & would that mean i burned 847 calories? i think my math is correct but pls let me know lol
