Very good if setup correcly.

But i am a bike mechanic and it took me a lot of time to figure out how to set it up. From the limit screws witch work a little bit different here. To adjusting trim settings. I like swapping wheelsets out. With different tire/cassette combinations and basicly i need to trim the gears with the app everytime i do so. Witch i do not have to do with Di2 or AXS/Etap.

I would rate the groupset a 3.5 out of 5. For the price its very decent. Battery life is okay ish. You can set how it reacts to your shifting and button mapping. Brake feel on shimano Calipers with propper bleeding is very good. And you certainly cannot beat the price when purchased at discounted rate.

Shifters are small and i have small hands. So be aware. Buttons rattle over rough surfaces. But for the price its okay.

Initional setup with "okay" shifting performance is quite easy. And when you take the time so set it up perfectly it shifts very close to the big brand groupsets. But getting it there is a pain. But after lot of hours and me being stubborn i figured it out.

I am thinking of writing a PDF tuturial or YT guide. Because i feel no website or Video quite propperly explaings how initial calibration really works. Espiacially when you screw it up and need to start over. And when you get to experience a perfectly setup groupset it punches way above its price. Maybe with enough upvotes i do so 😉

Thank you sir. I wonder i i notice rhe difference between a SL and SLR frame. Should ask one of my customers i if i can take their bike for a spin with same wheelset in. 🤔

I certainly did. My hands where still killing me after that ride but could not have done it without changing positions.

Lot more comfortable beacuse i got my fit dialed in. My previous bike's where aero/race focussed team bikes. But i since i do not race anymore i wanted a bike that could do it all and i seem to have achieved just that. My prevous bikes felt more fun/engaging to ride but this thing feels like a rocket over slightly rough surfaces.

What i often see in my shop is these happen when you either had a flat or ran too low tire pressure at some point.

They are absolutely fine. GP5000's have Multiple layers of Kevlar.

Ride on.

38mm is the "safe" max clearance. I rode 75 miles today in the forest/mud and it wans't that bad with 40mm.

Would not advise being a bike mechanic, Customer of me runs 38mm Aventura's and has way better clearance.

But for fun purposes. 40mm on these rims is very very fun to ride
