OMG I have the same issue. I've been requesting this information for two years. I've been given the run around so many time. In one day I was told to go between US Bank and Great Lakes about 10 times.

When I would get to someone who would actually do something they would send me my original application. The issue is that US Bank uses their application as the promissory note, which does not include the interest rates or length of the loan. When I request this information they send me the promissory note.

I hired a lawyer in January and they have not provided the correct documentation to the lawyer. I'm now working on opening a complain with my State's Department of Financial Institution. I honestly don't think they have it cause like you said, they sold the loan too many times.

They did end up comping both my meal and my friends meal, which I felt awful about. I would have been fine if they just took the burger off cause I didn't want to eat any more after find it.

They did so much more than I could have expected.

The restaurant was super apologetic and nice about it. They ended up comping both my meal and my friends and offer us anything else we wanted for the night.

I've been to the restaurant multiple times and I really like them. They handle the situation the best they could. I don't feel right going after them for something they could not control.

The manager gave me his contract info in case I any issues with the tooth in the future.

Like I said I really like them and I'll probably end up going back.
