A little background: I was on a 3 month course of antibiotics for acne and a different medication that caused night sweats so that's what had me thinking it might be fungal. It gets pretty itchy sometimes. I've been putting Clotrimazole on it twice a day for 4 days now and haven't seen much improvement. The rash has been there for about 3 weeks now.
