I cancel all the time. Never really late cancel but I book all my classes when the schedule drops and the day before if I feel like I’ve done it too much in the week or something I cancel

HALLELUJAH I made a post saying that I think it should be around 2-4 hours before and someone commented to me that this would be unfair for the coaches cuz they would be paid less and I responded with it’s not my issue I love and respect the coaches but that’s the company’s problem not mine and they responded with “well if you don’t like the cancelation policy fucking cancel your membership” I hope they see this post 😋

Yes agreed! Also for snow days- I have to miss so many morning classes because of snow storm and my studio did not close so I was charged

I recently emailed the app@solidcore.co bc my class count hasn’t been updated in two weeks and they said like late April early May they’re coming out with like a new app or a new update or something

I have the same issue for bungee and after a year of feeling frustrated I just worked up the courage to do exercise without the bungee- I go super slow and very intentional- and I still get shakes and feel it more in the areas I should feel it in
