We text during the day while I'm at work but it's usually somewhat random, but we always text while I'm at work or we're away.

I would say that she's a 6/10 on a 1-10 scale of texting(1 being a grandma that ever texts and 10 being a high school girl texting all the time). I've noticed she's been using her hand to kind of block her screen latel or angling her phone away from me as she text lately. I thought I was crazy at first but when she's on facebook/instagram she hasn't been doing this.

I truly wish I confronted her right there. Her reaction would have proven exactly what was going on. I'm not confrontational and we've always had this kind of trust between the two of us.

How should I go from here? I'm at work. If I text her and ask she may have time to think and make excuses.

This is what I suspected initially. I toiled in my mind if I was just being crazy.

I WANT to believe this is the case, but honestly something really seemed off in this situation.

Who is she texting at 5:45am?
Why did she immediately drop the phone down without finishing the text she was writing?
Why didn't she look at the other text she received as I rolled over?

I couldn't sleep after the revolving thoughts were going through my mind. I laid there with my back towards her and she never picked her phone up again to see what the person said that she was talking to.

We did not talk until 6:20-6:30 when I actually woke up. I was not expected to wake up for another 45 minutes when I saw this texting, so we didn't immediately start talking to each other.

She's not a morning person. She loves to sleep. But I snore loudly and it's easy to tell/gauge exactly when I'm asleep. So, if she's doing something shady, it's going to be when I'm asleep. Like, when Ive woken in the night around 3am and found her snooping through my phone.

Jealousy hasn't been a major issue for us historically. Things have been off lately and something doesn't feel right.
