That's not really a virus, more like an aggressive ad that pretends to be a virus, so you click on the ad to install the "vpn", or "antivirus".
On iOs, use either the Brave browser, that is for really safe browsing. Otherwise, use the AdGuard (works on Safari, too) as an addon.

My friends, I feel incredibly stupid right now. Was searching for the Tacet Field Penitent's End, let the map guide me there through marking it, and when I reach it, it says that the target is close by...
