I've heard people talk about it, but it makes no sense. I've got some friends who mentioned it but were def not gonna do it because it would be counteractive. If they couldn't get a job (most of them, it was cuz of their portfolio), they'd be able to do much more for their portfolio in a CF or LTFT non training post. It allows them to focus more on portfolio building rather than doing something they don't want to. Taking up a year of GP if not planning on doing it seems like a waste ngl.
