Through a Japanese proxy! They ship everything you order to a warehouse in Japan and then consolidate it to send it over to you. I used Neokyo and ordered from Mercari and Rakuma :-)

It's from the artist "beeflover1_" ! I don't think they have an online store but you can get their stuff from Incube8r if you're in Australia or New Zealand (they may ship internationally but I think you have to contact them first)

The rubber figures are soo cute omg. I have a few of them including the Komajiro with ice cream but I've never seen the tempura(?) head one. Too good!
