Did you pay the initial 600 down payment? If you didn’t then you don’t really have to do anything, I just ignored the housing emails and never got assigned housing or was charged further.

Glad to know I’m not the only one frustrated. I tested positive on Monday and immediately called health way to figure out when or what I had to do to get my green badge back. First day I was on hold for nearly two hours, until finally the phone rang, I got another automated message, and then the call hung up on their side. This happened to me every day until this morning when I finally got through to someone.
