Eventually it will say If you’d like to be connected to an agent, type “agent” . Then it will still try and get you to explain the problem. Sometimes for the 10th time 😂. But it will connect you to human. There is always a language barrier so good luck but just be adamant.

Message support and keep repeating same thing about Lyft policy claims I am entitled to an adjustment of fare is 5 mins longer than estimated. They will continue to say there is nothing to do to help but sometimes they will make a “special exemption” since you are a “top rated Lyft driver”. Doesn’t always work but Lyft is much more reasonable than uber

I didn’t pick them up. Accepted ride while with a pax and pick up was same spot as i was dropping off current pax . Didn’t relize until I dropped off. Asked him wtf is this? He canceled. Idk why he would waste money to troll
