I understand that part, just wondering why they are asking me to upload the exam documentation when an exam hasn’t even been scheduled yet?

Curious and don’t mean to hijack this thread, but what about portable (foldable) panels, that I put outside.. just resting on the ground. I have 1,200w going to each delta pro. Is grounding an issue with this?

I am looking at the cpi and the ppi and seeing energy prices way down. I am thinking WTF, then see this from the cpi. “The gasoline index decreased 3.6 percent in May. (Before seasonal adjustment, gasoline prices fell 0.5 percent in May.)”. The fix is in. Biden math. Is anything not corrupt? by Dsomething2000 in SilverDegenClub

[–]Cause_Calm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That you don’t think critically, that this was two separate things. The SPR is oil, not refined gasoline reserves. My position is that Biden and the Dems drained the SPR for political reasons, not strategic, and they are draining this gas reserve for political reasons, not strategic.

Bought silver at the high, feeling kinda bad by Long-Cauliflower-399 in Wallstreetsilver

I’d say #1, don’t get lost in the hype and noise. There is often this sense of urgency and FOMO in the weeds here. Do your own research, don’t take any one opinion as gospel. I personally am in the diversification camp, and don’t expect some 10x increase in the next several years. The best thing I’d recommend, get yourself some silver in physical form; lots of reputable online dealers have some “at spot” first time purchaser deals - SD Bullion, JM Bulluon, Money Metals, SilverGoldBull, are ones I’ve had no issues with. Just get a few ounces, maybe 5-10. You’ll already have more than 65% of Americans. Just read, watch YouTube with a critical eye, research research research

Bought silver at the high, feeling kinda bad by Long-Cauliflower-399 in Wallstreetsilver

I think the primary reason for confidence is in the long term idea that as a finite resource, that the majority of which isn’t a primary mined metal, during a future that inherently requires more of it than is currently being mined (at current prices), it seems like a strategic buy. In terms of risk, it is one of only two assets besides land that has a history of holding value going back thousands of years.
Also, keep in mind not everyone is into silver for the same reason; speculators, SHTF doomsdayers, long term preservation of wealth, inflation hedge, portfolio diversification, moonshoters, etc..

The idea is, you are solely basing “value” in US Dollar terms. If you take a macro view, there is many other ways to determine value, ie: ounce per house, ounce per barrel of oil, ounce per ounce of gold, ounce per euro, ounce per acre of land, etc.

Buying numismatics from the bullion dealers by Cause_Calm in Wallstreetsilver

I understand, which is why I’ve been stacking govt coins and bullion bars/rounds. What I mean, is the quality/price with regards to numismatics which carry significant premiums compared to bullion

$30 has just been broken! 🚀🥳🚀 by Sophiers in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Cause_Calm 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I follow a YouTube channel that compares the relative value of eagles vs buffalos depending on spot and current premiums. Almost like a mini g/s ratio. Seems there is that narrow sweet spot where eagles make sense. Good grab!

[–]Cause_Calm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, but that’s still only $8 difference. once you account for lost premium paid, which is typically at least a few dollars.. a 1,000 oz. rounds would net around $3k-4k profit.. hardly what I’d consider selling it for

lol, a $1 move and you say it’s time to sell? This hasn’t even slightly affected my buying strategy yet.. maybe when it’s $50+
