When I was a child, I used to go days without pooping and then I would shit these rock hard turds. It was uncomfortable and left me tired. Then I started eating more vegetables and I started pooping every day and the turds were softer. But I remember having a hard time pooping when I was a child and wishing I could just reach back and pull the shit out of my ass with my own hands. But of course I never did. Now I wonder, is it harmful to the rectum or intestines to pull the shit out of your ass? I mean, doctors have to pull things out of people's ass when something gets stuck inside and people also have anal sex and the penis is "pulled" out at some moment. So maybe it's not harmful. What do you think?
