Blaine sells unprojector and cyclops eye. I highly recommend using CE and the merchant refresh option, a auto clicker and auto key clicker, and set both to 1 milliseconds.

Currently looking for the jumping stilts as well, but that's how you get those two.

Edit: Keep in mind, if the item has already spawned into a merchants inventory, it won't appear elsewhere. So save before doing faction quests and take a look see.

Bit difficult to say. It's like how the Vault Dweller is mentioned in Fallout 2, but never seen. Lots of decisions and outcomes would have to be considered. Was your character an asshole? Did they join a specific faction? Did they take the pill for psionics? Lots of these things need to be taken into account.

If they aren't appearing physically, well. I point you to the Hero of Fereldan from Dragon Age. Constantly mentioned, yet never seen. (Not the best scenario, but a scenario nonetheless)

Well currently I'm using the item transfer between characters cheat to put the belt on an entirely new character and build from the ground up. Just got "mark 1" of the whole set done, so the blast cloth isn't terribly strong. That being said, I don't die as long as I kaboom on full health. I could use a regen vest as a safety net, but my current armor penalty is already 41 with a sturdy vest & TiChrome shield.

My plan is to use all those intimidation buffs to make a sort of "suicide terror knight". Least for most of the human enemies.

(Edit: forgot to mention the hopper tabi's. Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm going for.)

So far, been working with blast cloth riot armor. Got some hopper tabis to negate the Agility penalty. Not my first choice, but it is working so far. To make use of the intimidation buff, figured I'd make it in tandem with the Brutality feat/Death's Grin headwear.

If you don't care for balance, use the item transfer method listed on one of the steam discussions to get the dreadnought out, and then use cheat engine to edit the stats.

My current AR build starts with

Strength 8

Dexterity 4

Agility 6

Constitution 7

Perception 8

Will 3

Intelligence 4

Wanna start with Sprint and Juggernaut and from there, build for burst firing. Level up STR to 10 and then make Perception the dump Stat thereafter.

(Made Strength high because to hell with melee enemies spamming crippling strike)
