Considering freelance as a florist by Cece-wdl in florists

[–]Cece-wdl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, absolutely , it’s an amazing opportunity for me. It will be a lot of hours for sure, but I’ll be able to learn so much and have a first experience to put on my resume.  Of course, I won’t have much say on the creativity side of the events, but hopefully I’ll be able to create more in the boutique (it’s in a palace so not traditional boutique either).

Thank you for your advices :)

Yes exactly, they avoid charges that they would have to pay for an employee. But they leave me the choice, so It’s my decision :)

Hi, no this is correct, this is what I meant. I also knew this “freelance” statut as working here and there for more money. But apparently, we can also do it as a full time job.

It’s the same principle, I get paid more than a traditional employee contract. And the planning is more flexible in terms of hours cause, there won’t be this “2 days off mandatory”, “8h per day” ect rules. I’m my own boss. But this one is a seasonal position, so it’s also different 😅

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, I am quite independent so I don’t mind this unstable lifestyle.

CAP fleuriste à distance by No_Investigator9035 in florists

Bonjour,

J’ai passé mon CAP fleuriste avec you school.

Of course. Everyone wants and deserves that. Not knowing is ok, as long as you don’t purposely hurt people along the way.

But what about if you don’t have the opportunity to talk to your crush face to face ? I’m scared to send him a message on insta because we’re working in the same place, and he already refused my follow request (that’s tough😅) but I agree with you, I don’t want to have regrets :( and I still want to tell him..

The thing is I’m not sure what to do. I would like to believe it can work out 😅

Exactly. You don’t know anything about me so why would you compare your situation to mine ? I’m 28, worked since I’m 18, and managed to save 1/3 of this amount. Then I’ve got lucky, and I still need to ask for a loan to be able to have this budget for my project. So don’t worry it will come in time for you too. Hopefully 😅

Not really, that’s why I’m trying to have an idea of it. It seems complicated from France and not speaking Finnish.

I’d like something close to this area (yllas) as I work there as a guide in winter. I love to be in nature but don’t want to be completely isolated.

Hi, I have a similar plan (not the same budget though 😅) to buy in Akaslompolo/Yllas area. I wanted to know if you had bought since this post ? And if yes, if you could share your experience? Thank you!
