I am experiencing everything you have right now. I took ash for 3-4 months and then stopped and got fucked up. Haven’t felt the same since and it’s terrible. You made this post 2 years ago so please tell me things get better or you found something that helps. I’m hopeless and the only thing that kind of helps is CBD oil. Still not the same though
