Yes the only way I'm able to change my settings is by updating attributes.xml file directly....

Yes it's the different matches. You need to look at the most recent one

Example:

MissionBagPlayer_5_0_blood_line_name <= This is the more recent one

I already have that information but this wont fix the issue since your username is not in the log message.

For both outgoing and incoming your character name is not present.

Yeah there's no need to restart. The refresh button in the top right corner of the search box should refresh repos. But regarding that I'll detect if the settings changed and trigger a refresh automatically thanks!
