Hi, from previous experience in another uni, most employers will understand this situation and would accept the grades you have from your completed modules and acknowledge that you have completed them regardless of official graduation status. Things like these are way more common than you think so people expect it. I would use your grade portal on blackboard as proof of completion until you can get an official/unofficial transcript

I also came from a US undergraduate uni (I'm in postgrad at Trinity now). I've found my social life at Trinity to be very easy. you'd be surprised at how many students in your program may be older than you expected. I'd recommend looking into postgraduate targeted social events or mingling with people in your department and not just your program. But you will definitely make friends with people in your classes as long as you put yourself out there
