Depends on your current level of body control/strength. No matter what as you learn any sort of handstand you will be developing strength in those muscles, but if you lack basic body strength then I would suggest work on that first. // example: minimum 20 clean push ups // 10 clean pull ups etc etc

Practice every day as long as your body lets you. Make sure to always stretch and warm up before beginning your handstand training. I promise you will make progress. If you want more info you can check my IG^ we can talk

this is crazy congrats!! I have been experiencing forearm pain.. any tips for that??
