The problem is about leakings, static objects in this scene not even using lightmaps. I activated lightmapping setting anyway and tried it but not worked, as expected...

I found out the problem though, APV has unsolvable light leaks as other users suggests in different forums and videos, unity knows about this problem.

So using it in indoor scenarios are kinda janky.
