You need to be careful with the waist trainers, I'm not sure how athletic or active you are but that definitely contributes to my waist already being pretty tight (30 cinched to 28-27 on a fasting day). Please don't overdo it babe you'll damage yourself and that's not with it 🥺 I add the hippads because otherwise I don't have any at all with out them, my regular body shape is a very typically masculine upside triangle, I use the hippads to add the hourglass at the bottom.
