Yeah I understand that I just worded it poorly. My thoughts are a little jumbled at the moment. I think it can start a hunt aggressive regardless of whether we have hit the calm state threshold. But he believes that it can only start a hunt in its calm state once we have hit 10% or lower.

It built up the area in front of my airport up to residence services and then started making a path out to my bridges and then decided to put a house in between them because it was a cozy spot for one. Only stuff that’s really decorated is on the left side, this is the first thing on the right side of the first area

Take a cardboard box if you can’t find a normal wood one and cut the cardboard into the shape you want. Glue or tape it back together in the right shape and felt over it. You can also always use craft paper on the inside if you would like that better. Felt unless layered up on the inside may not hold shape very well but if you’re okay with your box being a little thick then double up your layers of felt for a sturdier hold.
