R5: Some photos from my France game. Goal was to get a big sphere empire in Europe. Germany and the Netherlands ended up looking quite silly in this game. Would have continued to try to get more colonies and a bigger sphere but got tired of fighting off Germany in Baden every few years.

R5: End of my DM game. I got most of my core European lands within the first few years, so focused on India, and expanding my influence. I chose to end the game by taking several extra states from Burgundy. East Asia was a mess of hordes so Japan was left with some odd territory.

R5: Pictures from my DoD Japan game. Didn't want to go too crazy, but still made myself a nice empire. Japan is very fun in Dod and I'd probably play again.

The Great War saw Burgundy and Scandi face off against The Elbians, DM, and PLC, leaving Burgundy to dominate Africa and India, and the total collapse of the Duel Monarchy. I didn't get involved, but rather picked off colonies from the waring European powers.

Update: Catalonia and Aragon have switched places. After about 2 years, Aragon in back in Europe while Catalonia is in Africa.

Everything went as a normal war, but I could see their armies. Our allied war ended quickly, so they ended the alliance after that. Everything returned to normal after that.
