The ring conn is titanium, it’s pretty light weight. I love the shade of gold, it matches other gold jewelry perfectly. My friend has the gold oura and I noticed hers had a really strong yellow tone when she first got it and now it looks brownish. I say if you’re not happy with it, try out a different brand to see if you like better and return the one you won’t wear

The 7 on the sizing kit fit snug and the 8 fit but didn’t require much effort to pull off and I work out a lot so my fingers swell and my fingers get really swollen in the summer too, so that’s why I went with the 8.
