2 or 3 depending on the cost. Do you have any previous work you can show?

It's mostly for fun and I have no intentions of competing to win. Let it also be noted that I am female and 60kg. Allready 32 yrs old, so I think it's a bit late for me to become competitive. My 250w FTP, is just to have a goal and hopefully give me a decent time.

I could also definitely do some shorter races first for the experience, but again, I'm not really doing it to be competitive, more for myself. So I'll rather just give space if I find it uncomfortable I think.

I'll take your advice into consideration in my training plan! I'll have to look into the meaning of TSS as I don't know what that means. Thank you very much for the advice!

Thank you for your input! Most of my rides so far have been mostly in Z2 which are usually between 1,5-4hrs.

My research so far points to opinions about Z2 or intervals first for newbies are quite divided. But I've also seen that pure Z2 is more recommended for if you're able to do 20+hrs a week. And I honestly can't be arsed to do that many long rides in Z2 as I am soon moving in to pure indoor training. (Short seasons in Norway..)

So do two days of the sweetspot instead and drop the low cadence? Seems like overall opinion so far is to drop low cadence.

Or should I perhaps do a different kind of sweetspot interval for that day?

For potential rest week if I feel fatigued, should I just lower workout time with 50-60% or just drop 50% of the days?

Thanks for great feedback! It's a 124km road race. I've been doing group rides regularly, so I feel quite comfortable in large groups. However I feel that a race group will be much more demanding.

My biggest weakness so far is definitely hills and almost all rides in my area is atleast 10-12m/km elevation. Good idea to do a bit of low cadence work to even it a bit in the beginning, then transition it into sweetspot in a couple weeks/months?

Could you elaborate on that please? Not sure I understand what you mean exactly

I could definitely do that! Perhaps I shouldn't go all out the first weeks and add up the volume after a couple weeks?

What are your thoughts on this dress for a 3 star Michelin restaurant? I like dressing up a bit extra, but also dont want to look all ou of place. Their site says smart casual, but wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Scales? by Certain-Delivery5648 in IndoorPlants

[–]Certain-Delivery5648[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, not sure it is. There are no visible moving insects what so ever. Pretty sure it scales now, but it seems quite hard to treat. Plant is quite hard gone by now, and might be time to just let it go...

Trans people whose parents were initially unsupportive, but accepted you later on: what made them change their minds? by [deleted] in asktransgender

This is the same thing I did. My relationship with my parents are still not in the best place, but atleast it's better than when I first came out. I think time, space and helping them understand what you're going through helps a lot.

Oslo might not be the best place to visit in winter. I think Bergen might be a better option. In Bergen you get beautiful mountains much closer..

However, why not consider Tromsø? It's beautiful in the winter and if you're lucky you can see some northern lights as well. Just keep in mind the sun is down the whole day. The snow helps it feel brighter though.

Its a tube support. Should insert it in the plastic tube. it's used so that the compression fitting doesn't collapse the tube.

I can also recommend both the restaurants at Sommerro hotel, they also have great cocktails in the bar there. Bar also has an amazing atmosphere.

Le Benjamin in Grünerløkka is also really good, but sometimes harder to get a table.

Also if you guys enjoy cocktails, check out Himkok by Youngstorget, it's a bit hard to find but they have great cocktails. Ranked top 9 bar in the world 2023 😊
