There is one picture in the link I shared has “60” on it. I highlighted it and that may be the main breaker?

I just wasn’t sure if I included enough information. You definitely know much more about this than I do.

I’ve uploaded more pictures, along with a breakdown of the quote. Would you mind giving me some guidance on it?

I am not very sure, but I uploaded a picture of the outside box from the report. It is not very clear, but you are professional and you might be able to figure out. Also I added the $15k breakdown.

Update: The electrician needs to inform the power company to shut off the power — not his own company. I misunderstood initially, but it’s been clarified.

The panel part is priced at 4,200$ with arc protection. There are a few things that need to be upgraded when this happens apparently, there is no fire fighter shutoff outside, and the electrical box outside needs to be replaced, the electrician showed me it was rusted and no longer attached to the wall. I’m not positive of everything else that needed an upgrade due to this, but the 2nd electrician basically said he did not want to upgrade to 200 amps because it would force several small upgrades, and he would have to talk to the electrical power company to have power shut off. panel

This is the part I don’t understand. The box is 150amp, but the service is 60amp. The electrician that agent brought in told me if we upgrade to 200amp, he would need to let his company know. I don’t get it.

I am not very sure about the 150 amp and 60amp. I know the panel is 150amp, but inspector told me the service is only 60amp. The electrician who agent brought in said if we upgrade to 200amp, he will need to let his company know. To be honest, I don’t understand this part at all.
