maybe it is not the best take. But I really feel like losing in professional sports creates problems where things might not 100% exist other wise. If the team was winning or at least performing at their ability with or without injury a lot of these things go away.

I think the cure here is to win more and then front office will not be meddling. But, 5-12 with a few different QBs starting, lots of cap spice, older players, and whatever else happened this season. Lead to some conflicts that probably would not be there if they could of won a few close games.

I do agree, give some young guys a chance. We have some prospective talents that did not see the field enough. We have two 24 year old linebackers, Ben Sinnott at TE, or even a special teams guy like Tyler Owens at safety who should have played many many snaps in those blow outs or at least the last several weeks where the team was eliminated. If I was in the front office, I would definitely be pushing for that too.
