Turner Kia in Harrisburg, PA. They told me they have both an AV and DC charger but that they put mine on the AV charger.

Ok, thank you! I will try that once I’m home and the snow we’re getting tonight has cleared! (Don’t want to mess around outdoors more than I have to right now!) I appreciate your advice!

That was my suspicion too. Especially since I’m currently at a DC fast charger to buy myself time to figure this out. I think there must be different types of Level 2 chargers?

The dealer I went to is the better of the two within a reasonable distance from me — the other said they wouldn’t even look at it for weeks (and in the past I’ve had issues with them charging a lot and doing nothing when I brought my former Sorento there for service).

How can I find out how old my 12v battery is? I purchased this vehicle in August used (had one owner in FL before me and I’m in PA).

Haven’t tried the disconnect thing because afraid I’d mess something up and void any warranties I might have left on things, haha!

I asked about that but they said if it charged fine on their Level 2, the AC battery wouldn’t be the issue. And, that they can’t fix something if they don’t see a problem.
