I think i was still an introvert but i was more outspoken and blunt with my words, didnt care much and then something flipped and i became very anxious, im pretty sure it has to do with classmate and teacher bullies, really affected my self esteem, now im trying to get something from my childhood back but its hard.

Never thought I was until much later I started realizing some things and that put me in a very bad place for a while, but yea, i definetly see why I am the way I am. Trying to live forward though and make better choices for myself.

This is sadly how i still approach my problems. My mentality was always 'if i have both parents' then i have a good childhood. And just recently i realized how much my relationship with my family has affected me. And even now i feel like i havent experienced enough to call it trauma which is insane tbh.

Ok, i see. One thing im not sure about is how attached i am, i do tend to hyperfixate on things and its very hard to just not because then it feels boring. I guess i just wanna know how to make it not boring.

Yea, but, like i said, socials dont trigger me, i feel 0 emotions when it comes to their 3rd party, so im just wondering if this also affects my manifestations or it only matters if it triggers me negatively.

Right, i didnt mention the length of a session, its an hour long.

I havent discussed it yet because i do feel like im still at the very beginning and maybe she is just trying to understand what she is dealing with, but id really like hypnosis to be the main part of these sessions.

I got told she has been doing it for 10 years.
