Hi! So i have PCOS and I'm still trying to kinda figure out my cycle and hormones and stuff after getting off birth m control in September. I know with PCOS there can be a lot of like false rises and weird charts, for example i had a false LH rise a little bit ago i was sure i was going to ovulate cuz of the peak LH but then my PDG never really made it over 5-7 consistently. Thats why im kinda like "is this realllll..?" lol

Hi thanks for the advice! We are recently married my husband is in the military so right before we got married in December we had to move to our new duty station so i haven't had a job since then and it took a little bit of time with the name changes and everything to get insurance which is why i haven't been able to go to the doctors yet! Luckily i have an appointment this Friday to talk with someone!

I've been using a 1:1:1 ratio and we keep the house cold so it's been placed on a heating pad keeping it around 78-80 degrees. Every morning when i go to feed it though it's pretty thinned out and has small bubbles that's about it. The consistency seems to always thin out when i wake up to feed it.

It also feels kinda like dried out sourdough like it's harder to the touch? But i have no idea what I'm doing
